ABB 252LR-C5250 Kit (includes elbow, lug, probe, bail, V.D. cap, lubricant, crimp chart, instructions)
- Prepare the Cable
Strip the cable jacket and insulation according to the dimensions specified in the included crimp chart and installation instructions. Ensure a clean and precise cut.
- Install the Lug
Apply lubricant to the conductor. Slide the bi-metal lug onto the conductor and crimp securely using the appropriate crimping tool as per the crimp chart. Ensure the crimp is centered and properly formed.
- Install the Elbow Connector
Apply lubricant to the inside of the elbow connector and the lug. Carefully push the elbow connector onto the lug and conductor assembly until it is fully seated. Ensure the V.D. cap is properly placed.
- Attach the Bail Assembly
