The K655L2 kit connects two cable ends. Its insulating plugs also allow for capacitive voltage testing.

The K655L2 kit meets ANSI/IEEE Standard 386, Latest Revision.

For the 15kV voltage class, the maximum phase-to-ground operating voltage is 8.3kV.

The continuous current rating for both 15kV and 28kV voltage classes is 600 Amp.

The momentary current rating for both 15kV and 28kV voltage classes is 25kA Sym for 10 cycles.

For the 28kV voltage class, the maximum phase-to-ground operating voltage is 16.2kV.

The K655L2 features a fully shielded, fully submersible molded rubber housing.

The K655L2 uses 100% peroxide-cured construction, including insulation and conductive EPDM materials.

The K655L2 can be easily connected or disconnected using standard hand tools and equipment. This must be done in a de-energized state.
