How to Install the ERGO.SLIDE System with S2MESWB Wall Mounting Bracket
This guide provides step-by-step instructions for assembling the ERGO.SLIDE onto a support tube and then securely mounting the entire system to a wall or machine using the S2MESWB wall mounting bracket.

Screwdriver, Torque wrench, Allen key (SW 5)
Supplies needed:
ERGO.SLIDE component, Support tube (SYSPEND 281-MAX), M5 nuts (2x), S2MESWB Wall Mounting Bracket set, Screw seals, Appropriate screws for wall or machine mounting
- Observe Safety Precautions
Before beginning installation, ensure the power supply is disconnected and take suitable protective measures. Only qualified electricians or appropriately instructed persons should perform electrical connections. Avoid damaging seals during installation and regularly inspect screw connection tightening torques.
- Assemble the ERGO.SLIDE onto the Support Tube
Insert two M5 nuts into the first half of the ERGO.SLIDE. Place this half onto the SYSPEND 281-MAX support tube. Join the second half of the ERGO.SLIDE with the first half and screw them together. Tighten the front screw connection (fixed side) with 5.5 Nm. For vertical adjustment, unfasten the rear screw, position the ERGO.SLIDE as desired, then tighten the rear screw connection with a maximum of 5.5 Nm.
- Attach the S2MESWB Wall Mounting Brackets to the Support Tube
Before screwing the S2MESWB brackets, push the provided screw seals onto the screws. Screw the brackets to both the top and bottom of the support tube. Tighten these screws with a torque of 5 Nm.
- Mount the Support Tube Assembly to a Wall or Machine
Fasten the entire support tube assembly, including the pre-assembled S2MESWB brackets, to a sturdy wall or machine wall using appropriate mounting screws (not supplied). Ensure the mounting surface can support the system's static load of up to 250 N.
