Ratchet with M8, M10 & M17 socket, Screwdriver
Supplies needed:
M5 flange nuts, M10 carriage bolts, M6 screws, Push-in rivets, Mounting brackets
- Assemble the End Panel Channel
Slide the top channel into the bottom channel of the End Panel and secure with (2) M6 screws.
- Install the Vertical Cable Manager
Position the Vertical Cable Manager in the correct orientation and secure it using (3) M10 serrated flange bolts and (3) M10 serrated flange nuts.
- Attach the Backbone Panels
Place the Backbone panels on both sides of the manager and secure them using (2) push-in rivets per side in all 3 manager openings.
- Install the VCM Top Cap
Position the VCM Top Cap with the brush entry oriented as desired and secure it to the front of the VCM using a 5/16" screw and the rear closing clip using an M10 bolt and nut.
- Secure the End Panels
Rest the top End Panel on the manager and channel, replace the rear closing clip, and secure with (4) M10 bolts and (4) M10 flange nuts.
- Calibrate and Verify Installation
Ensure all components are securely fastened and verify the alignment of the Vertical Cable Manager with the rack before proceeding with cable installation.
