Tools needed:
Ratchet with M8, M10 & M17 socket, Screwdriver
Supplies needed:
M5 flange nuts, M10-16mm carriage bolts, M6 screws, M6 nuts, Button plugs
- Align and secure the top panel
Align the holes for the Top Panel with the rack's top angle bracket. Secure it in place using M8 nuts and bolts.
- Install the bottom panel
Align the Bottom Panel with the designated holes and install (4) #6 self-drilling screws. Do not tighten yet.
- Adjust and tighten the bottom panel
Move the Bottom Panel to the up-most forward position and tighten the screws to secure it firmly.
- Install vertical cable manager
Place the Vertical Cable Manager in the proper orientation and secure it using (3) M10 serrated flange bolts and (3) M10 serrated flange nuts.
- Attach backbone panels
Place Backbone panels on both sides of the manager and secure them using (2) provided push-in rivets per side.
- Install the VCM Top Cap
Position the VCM Top Cap with the brush entry oriented as desired and secure it to the front of the VCM using a 5/16" screw and the rear closing clip to the rack using an M10 bolt and nut.
- Seal air gaps
Apply adhesive-backed foam strips to all areas on the rack where air can pass through to ensure proper sealing.
