How to Install the PE2V1036TC Vertical Cable Manager
This guide provides step-by-step instructions for installing the PE2V1036TC Vertical Cable Manager on a 4-post rack, ensuring proper alignment and secure attachment.

Tools needed:
Ratchet with M8, M10 & M17 socket, Screwdriver
Supplies needed:
M5 flange nuts, M10 serrated flange bolts, M10 flange nuts, M6 screws, Push-in rivets
- Prepare the rack
Align the holes for the Top Panel with the rack's top angle bracket and secure in place using M8 nuts and bolts.
- Install the Vertical Cable Manager
Place the Vertical Cable Manager in the proper orientation and secure it using (3) M10 serrated flange bolts and (3) M10 serrated flange nuts.
- Attach Backbone Panels
Place Backbone panels in the proper orientation on both sides of the manager and secure using (2) provided push-in rivets per side.
- Install the VCM Top Cap
Position the VCM Top Cap with the brush entry oriented to the rear of the rack, then secure it to the front of the VCM using a 5/16" screw and the rear closing clip using an M10 bolt and nut.
- Secure End Panels
Install the top End Panel by resting the integrated hook on the manager and the channel, then secure with (4) M10 bolts and (4) M10 flange nuts.
- Calibrate and Verify Installation
After installation, verify that all components are securely fastened and that the Vertical Cable Manager is properly aligned and functional.
