Ratchet with M8, M10 & M17 sockets, Screwdriver
Supplies needed:
M5 flange nuts, M6 screws, M10 carriage bolts, Button plugs, Self-drilling screws
- Assemble the End Panel
Slide the top channel into the bottom channel of the End Panel and secure with (2) M6 screws.
- Attach End Panel to Mounting Brackets
Insert the mounting bracket flange into the End Panel Channel and secure each with (1) M6 screw.
- Install the Top Panel
Align the holes for the Top Panel with the rack top angle bracket and secure in place using M8 nuts and bolts.
- Install the Bottom Panel
Align the Bottom Panel with the designated holes and install (4) #6 self-drilling screws without tightening. Move the Bottom Panel to the up-most forward position and tighten the screws.
- Secure the Vertical Cable Manager
Place the Vertical Cable Manager in the desired orientation and secure it using (3) M10 serrated flange bolts and (3) M10 serrated flange nuts.
- Install the VCM Top Cap
Position the VCM Top Cap with the brush entry oriented as desired, align the threaded studs with the holes, and install M5 flange nuts to secure.
- Plug Unused Holes
Plug any unused depth adjustment holes with button plugs to ensure a clean installation.
