Supplies needed:

M5 flange nuts, M10 carriage bolts, M6 screws, Push-in rivets, Mounting brackets

  1. Assemble the End Panel

    Slide the top channel of the End Panel into the bottom channel and secure it with (2) M6 screws.

  2. Attach the End Panel to the Rack

    Insert the mounting bracket flange into the End Panel Channel and secure each with (1) M6 screw.

  3. Install the Vertical Cable Manager

    Position the Vertical Cable Manager in the proper orientation and secure it using (3) M10 serrated flange bolts and (3) M10 serrated flange nuts.

  4. Install the VCM Top Cap

    Position the VCM Top Cap with the brush entry oriented to the rear of the rack, and secure it using the provided screws and bolts.

  5. Route Cables

    Remove the screws from the VCM Top Cap, route the cables through the brush entry, and reassemble the Top Cap using the original hardware.

  6. Seal Air Gaps
