How to Install the S1MSLAR Suspension System
This guide provides step-by-step instructions for installing the S1MSLAR suspension system, including mounting, wiring, and initial configuration.

Supplies needed:
Mounting screws, Lock washers, Seals
- Prepare the mounting surface
Ensure the mounting surface is smooth and flat to avoid load and adjustment issues. Clean the area to remove any debris.
- Mount the suspension system
Lift the enclosure under the coupling (support may be necessary) and attach the lock washers to the screws. Fit the screws through the horizontal section into the coupling and tighten them with a torque of 6 Nm.
- Install the seals
Adhere the seal to the underside of the adapter or coupling to ensure a proper fit. Press the seal smoothly to avoid any gaps.
- Adjust the vertical and horizontal tubes
Loosen the screws on the vertical and horizontal tubes, adjust to the desired position, and then tighten the screws to a torque of 10-12 Nm.
- Verify alignment
Use a spirit level to check the alignment of the tubes. Make any necessary adjustments and ensure all screws are tightened correctly.
- Perform final checks
Inspect all connections and ensure that the installation complies with safety standards. Regularly check for any signs of wear or damage.
