How to Install the SYSPEND 180-MAX Suspension System
This guide provides step-by-step instructions for mounting and wiring the SYSPEND 180-MAX suspension system for optimal performance.

Supplies needed:
Mounting screws, Lock washers, Seals
- Prepare the mounting surface
Ensure the mounting surface is smooth and flat to avoid load and adjustment issues. Check for any debris or irregularities.
- Mount the suspension system
Lift the enclosure under the coupling (support necessary) and attach the lock washers to the screws. Fit the screws through the horizontal section into the coupling and tighten them with a torque of 6 Nm.
- Adjust the vertical and horizontal tubes
Loosen the screws on the vertical and horizontal tubes. Adjust to the desired position and then tighten the screws with a torque of 10 - 12 Nm.
- Connect the electrical components
Ensure all electrical connections are made by a qualified electrician. Use a multimeter to verify connections and check for proper grounding.
- Calibrate the system
Adjust the clamping lever to increase or decrease resistance as needed. Ensure the system is calibrated to the factory preset torque setting.
