  1. Plan Your Cable Tray Configuration

    Before cutting or assembling, review your desired cable tray layout and identify all necessary straight sections, bends, elbows, and tees. Refer to the specific cutting patterns in the manual for each required modification (e.g., 90-degree bend, large radius bend, elbow, tee) to determine which wires must be removed.

For bottom wires, turn the tray over, rest the cutting jaws on the cradle wire, and cut at an angle away from the new end.     For 90-degree bends, large radius bends, elbows, or tees, follow the specific cutting and bending patterns provided in the manual for your tray size.
