The LDPH10 power rated Surface Raceway is a two-piece latching raceway with cover suitable for applications up to 600 V. It features pre-punched mounting holes and factory-applied adhesive backing for fast mounting. It is 6 feet in length and is 1.52 inches wide by 0.86 inches deep. This guide provides step-by-step instructions for installing and sealing the Lay-In Wireway sections for effective cable management.

Supplies needed:
Mounting screws, Gaskets, Nuts, Sealing plates
- Assemble wireway sections
Place a gasket between the flanges of the wireway sections and secure them using screws and nuts as shown in the assembly details.
- Seal joints
After installing the wires, seal each joint between the sections using either the LSGQR fitting method or the 90° sealing plate method as described in the installation instructions.
- Install box entries
Make a cutout in the control enclosure for the wireway entry. Position the box connector and gasket inside the enclosure, then install a sealing plate as per the instructions.
- Adjust telescope fitting
Assemble the compression ring, gasket, and retainer on the telescope fitting. Insert the fitting into the straight section and adjust to the desired length.
- Anchor telescope fitting
If the telescope fitting is used vertically, drill .25 inch diameter holes through the sides and bottom of the straight section and telescope fitting. Install screws and cap nuts to secure.
- Calibrate wireway
Ensure that all sections are level and securely fastened. Verify that the wireway is properly grounded if required.
