Quick release flat sealing plates, Mounting fasteners

  1. Install sealing plates

    Attach the special quick release flat sealing plates with the formed sides of the tabs facing toward the cover of the inside opening of the 90° elbow.

  2. Fasten wireway flanges

    Position and secure the fasteners as shown to fasten the wireway flanges together, paying special attention to the open side.

  3. Adjust cover for larger sizes

    For sizes 4x4 and larger, ensure the cover of the inside opening elbow can be opened or closed with the sealing plates in the latched position.

  4. Prepare smaller sizes

    For the 2.5 x 2.5 size, ensure the two corners of the cover are mitered to .312 x 45° if not already done at the factory.
