This guide provides step-by-step instructions for installing the F44LXL Wireway, including assembly, wiring, and sealing methods.

  1. Assemble the wireway sections

    Place a gasket between the flanges of the wireway sections and secure them using screws and nuts as shown in the installation details.

    After installing the wires, seal each joint between the sections using either the LSGQR fitting method or the 90° sealing plate method as described in the installation instructions.

  3. Install the wireway into the enclosure

    Make a cutout in the enclosure for the wireway entry, position the box connector and gasket inside the enclosure, and install the sealing plate as per the instructions.

  4. Adjust and anchor the telescope fitting

    Assemble the telescope fitting with the compression ring and gasket, adjust to the desired length, and anchor it by drilling holes and installing screws as necessary.

  5. Calibrate the wireway
