3mm Allen Wrench, 5mm Allen Wrench, 15mm Wrench, Flat head screwdriver
Supplies needed:
M5 flat head screws, M10 Serrated Flange Bolts, M10 Serrated Flange Nuts, Cage nuts
- Install Door Supports
Insert the Door Support assembly into the cable manager, ensuring the 40/60 open areas match. Secure with M5 flat head screws using a 3mm Allen wrench at the top and bottom.
- Mount the Vertical Cable Manager
Align the vertical cable manager with the rack and secure it using three M10 Serrated Flange Bolts and Nuts at the designated mounting holes: forward holes at the top and bottom, and the rear hole in the center.
- Install Fingers
Using a flat head screwdriver, pry up the plastic latches and push the finger section into the manager until it clicks into place. Ensure the rounded side of the fingers is facing inward.
- Install Doors
Align the door hinge pins with the slots on the door supports and push the doors closed until they are securely in place.
- Mount EIA 19” Equipment
Attach cage nuts to the square cutouts in the horizontal panels of the cable manager. Secure the EIA 19” equipment using appropriate screws.
