How to Install the PE2VSD12 Vertical Manager

3mm Allen Wrench, 5mm Allen Wrench, 15mm Wrench, Flat Head Screwdriver
Supplies needed:
M5 flat head screws, M10 Serrated Flange Bolts, M10 Serrated Flange Nuts, M6 x 16 Serrated hex head bolts, Cage nuts
- Install Door Support
Slide the Door Support assembly vertically into the cable manager, ensuring the 40/60 open areas match as indicated. Secure in place using M5 flat head screws with a 3mm Allen wrench at both the top and bottom.
- Mount the Vertical Manager to the Rack
Align the vertical cable manager with the rack and secure it using three M10 Serrated Flange Bolts and three M10 Serrated Flange Nuts. Use the forward holes for the top and bottom mounts and the rear hole for the middle mount.
- Install Fingers
Using a flat head screwdriver, gently pry up the plastic latches at four locations while applying forward pressure to the finger section. Push the finger section toward the inside of the manager and ensure it clicks into place.
- Install the Door
Align the door hinge pins with the slots on the door supports and push the door closed until it is securely in place.
- Mount EIA 19” Equipment
Attach cage nuts to the square cutouts in the cable manager horizontal panels. Secure the EIA 19” equipment using appropriate screws.
