3mm Allen Wrench, 5mm Allen Wrench, 15mm Wrench, Flat Head Screwdriver
Supplies needed:
M5 flat head screws, M10 Serrated Flange Bolts, M10 Serrated Flange Nuts, Cage nuts
- Install Door Supports
Slide the Door Support assembly vertically into place in the cable manager, ensuring the 40/60 open areas match. Secure using M5 flat head screws with a 3mm Allen wrench at the top and bottom.
- Mount the Vertical Cable Manager
Align the vertical cable manager with the rack and secure it using three M10 Serrated Flange Bolts and Nuts. Use the forward holes for the top and bottom mounts and the rear hole for the middle mount.
- Install Fingers
Using a flat head screwdriver, gently pry up the plastic latches in four places while applying forward pressure to the finger section. Push the finger section into the manager until it clicks into place.
- Install the Door
Align the door hinge pins with the slots on the door supports and push closed until secure. Ensure the door knobs are in the locked position.
- Mount EIA 19” Equipment
Attach cage nuts to the square cutouts in the cable manager horizontal panels. Secure your EIA 19” equipment using appropriate screws.
