3mm Allen Wrench, 5mm Allen Wrench, 15mm Wrench, Flat Head Screwdriver
Supplies needed:
M5 flat head screws, M10 Serrated Flange Bolts, M10 Serrated Flange Nuts, Cage nuts
- Install Door Supports
Slide the Door Support assembly vertically into place in the cable manager, ensuring the 40/60 open areas match. Secure with M5 flat head screws using a 3mm Allen wrench at the top and bottom.
- Mount the Vertical Manager to the Rack
Align the vertical cable manager with the rack and secure it using three M10 Serrated Flange Bolts and Nuts. Use the forward holes on the top and bottom and the rear hole in the center for mounting.
- Install Fingers
Using a flat head screwdriver, pry up the plastic latches in four places while pushing the finger section forward. Align the finger mount tabs with the slots on the manager and push until you hear an audible 'click'.
- Install the Doors
Align the door hinge pins with the slots on the door supports and push the doors closed until they are securely in place.
- Final Inspection
Verify that all components are securely fastened and that the doors open and close smoothly. Ensure there are no loose parts.
