5/64" Hex Wrench
Supplies needed:
New Cutter Blade, New Low Head Screws, Removable Threadlocker
- Disconnect the air hose
Disconnect the air hose from the air source and verify that the tool does not actuate.
- Remove the old blade
Hold the tool with the nose pointing up. Use the 5/64" hex wrench to remove the two low head screws from under the nose of the tool. Discard the screws, and carefully remove the cutter cap and cutter blade from the tool.
- Install the new blade
Apply a small amount of removable threadlocker to the threads of the new low head screws. Place the new cutter blade in position and locate the new cutter cap over the cutter blade, ensuring the sharp edge of the cutter blade is facing the cutter cap. While holding the cutter cap in place, position the toe clamp over it and fasten using the new screws. Tighten the screws securely.
