Ratchet with M8, M10 & M17 socket, Screwdriver

Supplies needed:

M5 flange nuts, M10-16mm carriage bolts, M6 screws, M10 flange nuts

  1. Align the Top Panel

    Align the holes for the Top Panel with the rack top angle bracket.

  2. Secure the Top Panel

    Secure the Top Panel in place using M8 nuts and bolts. Ensure all fasteners are tightened properly.

  3. Install the Bottom Panel

    Align the Bottom Panel with the designated holes and install (4) #6 self-drilling screws. Do not tighten yet.

  4. Adjust and Tighten the Bottom Panel

    Move the Bottom Panel to the up-most forward position and tighten all screws securely.

  5. Install End Panels

    Assemble the End Panel Channel by sliding the top channel into the bottom channel and securing with (2) M6 screws.

  6. Attach End Panel Channel

    Attach the End Panel Channel to the mounting brackets by inserting the mounting bracket flange into the End Panel Channel and securing with (1) M6 screw.

  7. Install Vertical Cable Manager

    Place the Vertical Cable Manager in the proper orientation and secure using (3) M10 serrated flange bolts and (3) M10 serrated flange nuts.

  8. Install VCM Top Cap

    Position the VCM Top Cap with the brush entry oriented as desired and secure it to the front of the VCM using the 5/16" screw.
