Supplies needed:

M5 flange nuts, M10-16mm carriage bolts, M6 screws, M6-1.0mm hex nuts, Button plugs

  1. Insert the threaded studs

    Insert the threaded stud of Panel 2 into the alignment holes of Panel 1 according to the specified depth of your rack.

  2. Secure the panels

    Install M5 flange nuts on the threaded studs and tighten them securely to ensure the panels are firmly attached.

  3. Install the top cap

    Align the holes of the top panel with the rack's top angle bracket and secure it in place using M8 nuts and bolts.

  4. Attach the bottom panel

    Align the bottom panel with the indicated holes and install four #6 self-drilling screws without tightening. Move the bottom panel to the forward position and tighten the screws.

  5. Install the vertical cable manager

    Place the vertical cable manager in the correct orientation and secure it using three M10 serrated flange bolts and nuts.

  6. Install the VCM top cap
