The antenna features a durable UV-resistant ABS/FG radome with PU foam filling and a copper radiator, providing exceptional durability and weather resistance. The CA170B4 is equipped with a versatile N-female / TNC-female connector and is compatible with 35-60 mm diameter poles, utilizing an aluminum alloy bracket with stainless steel V-bolts and self-locking nuts for secure mounting. Its DC-short circuited feed point offers lightning protection. The antenna operates across a wide temperature range of -40ºC to +80ºC and boasts an IP67 proof construction, ensuring reliable operation in harsh environmental conditions. Key frequency-independent features include a combination of durability, light weight, low wind load, a radome-enclosed radiator, and all electromechanics molded inside closed-cell PU foam. It also includes integrated impedance compensation and an integrated RF choke.
