The momentary current rating is 25kA Symmetrical for 10 Cycles for both 15kV and 28kV voltage classes.

For the 28kV voltage class, the impulse withstand (BIL) is 140kV.

For the 15kV voltage class, the impulse withstand (BIL) is 95kV.

Each kit contains one K675BIP insulating plug with cap, one tube of lubricant (82-08), and one installation instruction (IS-0230).

The K675BIP meets ANSI/IEEE Standard 386, Latest Revision.

The K675BIP has a continuous current rating of 900 Amps for both 15kV and 28kV voltage classes.

For the 28kV class, the maximum phase-to-ground operating voltage is 16.2kV, and the maximum phase-to-phase is 28kV.

For the 15kV class, the maximum phase-to-ground operating voltage is 8.3kV, and the maximum phase-to-phase is 14.4kV.

The K675BIP attaches and insulates Elastimold® K675/6BLR, K675BE, and K675BVS 900 Amp connectors.

The K675BIP is a 15/25kV 900 Amp Deadbreak Insulating Plug with a test point. It attaches and insulates specific Elastimold® 900 Amp connectors.
