How to Install the TEP4SS Exhaust Grille
This guide provides step-by-step instructions for installing the TEP4SS exhaust grille on a vertical enclosure.

Screwdriver, Wire strippers, Multimeter
Supplies needed:
Mounting screws, Terminal connectors, Gasket
- Determine the installation location
Identify and mark the location on the vertical side of the enclosure where the exhaust grille will be installed, ensuring it is at least 12 inches away from any arcing parts.
- Prepare the cutout
Make the appropriate cutout and mounting holes in the enclosure according to the specified dimensions in the installation guide.
- Install the gasket
Attach the supplied gasket to the flange surface of the plenum to ensure a proper seal.
- Secure the finger guard
Using the provided screws, lockwashers, and nuts, secure the finger guard to the enclosure.
- Insert the filter and grille
Place the filter into the plenum and snap the composite grille over the plenum to complete the installation.
- Verify installation
Check that all components are securely fastened and that there are no obstructions in the area before reconnecting power.
