How to Install the TEP4UL12 Exhaust Grille
This guide provides step-by-step instructions for installing the TEP4UL12 exhaust grille on a vertical enclosure.

Supplies needed:
Mounting screws, Terminal connectors, Gasket
- Disconnect power
Disconnect any power supplies to the enclosure to avoid electric shock and equipment damage before starting the installation.
- Determine location
Identify the appropriate location for the exhaust grille on the vertical side of the enclosure, ensuring it is at least 12 inches away from any arcing parts.
- Prepare the cutout
Make the appropriate cutout and mounting holes in the enclosure based on the provided hole pattern and dimensions.
- Install the gasket
Attach the supplied gasket to the flange surface of the plenum to ensure a proper seal.
- Secure the finger guard
Use the supplied screws, lockwashers, and nuts to secure the finger guard in place.
- Insert the filter
Place the filter into the plenum and snap the composite grille over the plenum to complete the installation.
- Reconnect power
Once the installation is complete, reconnect the power supply to the enclosure and verify that all components are functioning properly.
