How to Install the S2MPBS Suspension System
This guide provides step-by-step instructions for mounting and configuring the S2MPBS suspension system for optimal performance.

Screwdriver, Torque wrench, Allen key
Supplies needed:
Mounting screws, Gaskets, Retaining washers
- Mount the tube
Position the tube vertically or horizontally as required. Press the gasket flat and tighten screws until they are flush on the inside. Ensure to maintain pressure while tightening screws to 20 Nm.
- Align the tube
Check the alignment of the tube. Adjust by loosening screws and tightening them in the correct sequence to ensure no play exists. Verify that the gap is a maximum of 4.4 mm.
- Secure the enclosure
Attach the enclosure to the tube using the appropriate screws and retaining washers. Tighten screws to a torque of 6 Nm to ensure a secure fit.
- Calibrate the system
Unscrew the cover and adjust the swing torque by tightening the threaded sleeve. Ensure the desired torque is set correctly before reattaching the cover.
