Overview

The nVent QLine D Pushbutton Enclosure (SKU Q2PBPCDM) is engineered for robust protection of 22.5mm pushbuttons in hostile industrial environments. Constructed from high-impact, impact-resistant polycarbonate, this enclosure offers NEMA/EEMAC Type 4, 4X, 6, 12, 13 and IEC 60529 IP67 ratings, ensuring protection against water, dust, and corrosive elements. Its light gray (RAL 7035) finish provides a contemporary aesthetic. The design features contoured bodies and flush, stainless steel cross-point captivated cover screws for a clean appearance and tamper resistance. Internal pads are molded for mounting optional panels or components. The seamless foam-in-place gasket guarantees a watertight and dust-tight seal. This enclosure is UL 508A Listed and cUL Listed, making it suitable for applications in chemical processing, food and beverage, and water treatment facilities where reliable control insulation and housing are critical. Its straight side walls allow for ganging multiple enclosures.
