Overview

The nVent QLine D Pushbutton Enclosure (SKU: Q4PBPCDM) provides robust protection for 22.5-mm pushbuttons in hostile industrial environments. Constructed from impact-resistant, light-gray polycarbonate, this enclosure meets NEMA/EEMAC Type 4, 4X, 12, 13 and IEC 60529 IP67 ratings, ensuring excellent resistance to water, dust, and corrosion. Its seamless, foam-in-place gasket guarantees a watertight and dust-tight seal. The enclosure features a contemporary appearance with contoured bodies and flush, stainless steel, captivated cover screws protected by removable caps for tamper resistance. Internal pads are molded for mounting optional panels or rails. The external dimensions are 193x113x79mm, offering ample space for wiring and component mounting. This enclosure is UL 508A Listed and cUL Listed. It is suitable for applications in manufacturing, food and beverage processing, chemical plants, and water treatment facilities where reliable operator interface protection is essential. The polycarbonate material is halogen-free and easily punched, drilled, filed, or sawed, allowing for customization.
