Overview

The nVent QLine D Pushbutton Enclosure (SKU Q3PBPCDM) is engineered for robust protection of control components in demanding industrial settings. Featuring a NEMA/EEMAC Type 4, 4X, 12, 13 and IEC 60529 IP67 rating, this enclosure offers superior resistance to water, dust, and corrosion. Its light gray, contoured polycarbonate body provides high impact resistance and chemical stability, suitable for harsh industrial atmospheres. This model is specifically designed to house up to three 22.5mm pushbuttons. The enclosure dimensions are 193x113x79mm (7.6 x 4.45 x 3.11 inches). Flush-mounted, cross-point captivated stainless steel cover screws enhance safety and provide a clean appearance. Mounting holes are molded directly adjacent to cover screws for easy installation, and removable caps protect the screws while offering tamper resistance. The seamless foam-in-place gasket ensures a watertight and dust-tight seal. Polycarbonate material is easily punched, drilled, filed, or sawed. Applications include manufacturing, chemical processing, water treatment, and food and beverage production. It is UL 508A Listed and cUL Listed.
