This guide provides step-by-step instructions for installing and configuring the Feed-Through Wireway, ensuring proper assembly and secure connections.

Tools needed:
Screwdriver, Drill, Wire strippers
Supplies needed:
Mounting screws, Gaskets, Nuts, Lockwashers, .25−20 threaded rods
- Assemble the wireway sections
Place a gasket between the flanges of the wireway sections and secure them using screws and nuts as shown in the assembly details.
- Install the telescope fitting
Assemble the parts of the telescope fitting in the correct order, insert it into the straight section, and adjust to the desired length. Ensure the gasket is properly positioned and secure it with the compression ring using screws and nuts.
- Anchor the telescope fitting
Drill .25 inch diameter holes through each side of the straight section and telescope fitting. Install .25−20x.5 screws from the outside and secure with cap nuts and lockwashers to ensure stability.
- Cut the wireway to length
Cut the wireway to the desired length, ensuring a square cut. Weld an extra flange to the body and grind off any burrs or sharp edges.
- Install the swivel nipple
Position the wireway section, flange gasket, swivel ring, and swivel nipple in the correct order. Secure them using screws and nuts, ensuring all components are tightly fastened.
- Make box entries
If entering a control enclosure, make the appropriate cutout in the enclosure. Position the box connector and gasket inside, and ensure another gasket is placed between the wireway and the enclosure surface.
