This guide provides step-by-step instructions for installing and configuring the F66HB wireway system, ensuring proper assembly and sealing for optimal performance.

Screwdriver, Wire strippers, Multimeter
Supplies needed:
Mounting screws, Gaskets, Terminal connectors
- Assemble the wireway sections
Place a gasket between the flanges of the wireway sections and secure them using screws and nuts as shown in the assembly details.
- Seal the joints
After installing the wires, seal each joint between sections using either the LSGQR fitting method or the 90° angle sealing plate method, ensuring gaskets are visible and properly positioned.
- Install box entries
Make a cutout in the enclosure as specified, position the box connector and gasket inside, and install a 90° angle sealing plate to secure the connection.
- Adjust telescope fitting
Assemble the compression ring, gasket, and retainer on the telescope fitting, insert it into the straight section, and adjust to the desired length before securing with screws.
- Anchor the telescope fitting
If the telescope fitting is used vertically, drill .25 inch diameter holes through the fitting and straight section, then install screws and cap nuts to secure it.
- Calibrate the wireway
Ensure all connections are tight and verify grounding continuity across the wireway sections using a multimeter.
