How to Install the Lay-In Wireway
This guide provides step-by-step instructions for installing and sealing a Lay-In Wireway for effective cable management.

Screwdriver, Drill, Wrench
Supplies needed:
Mounting screws, Gaskets, Nuts, Wire connectors
- Assemble the wireway sections
Place a gasket between the flanges of the wireway sections and secure them using screws and nuts as shown in the installation details.
- Seal the joints
After installing the wires, seal each joint between the sections using either the LSGQR fitting method or the 90° angle sealing plate method as described in the installation instructions.
- Install box entries
Make a cutout in the enclosure for the wireway entry, position the box connector and gasket inside, and install a sealing plate as per the instructions.
- Adjust telescope fitting
Assemble the compression ring, gasket, and retainer on the telescope fitting, insert it into the straight section, and adjust to the desired length.
- Anchor the telescope fitting
Drill holes through the sides and bottom of the straight section and telescope fitting, then install screws and cap nuts to secure it in place.
- Calibrate the wireway
Ensure that the wireway is level and securely mounted, making adjustments as necessary to maintain proper alignment.
