How to Mount the DAH601 Heater
Instructions for mounting the DAH601 heater using either DIN rail or panel mounting methods.

Tools needed:
Screwdriver, Drill, Drill bit (#28)
Supplies needed:
Mounting screws, DIN rail clip (if applicable), Panel mounting clips
- Prepare for Mounting
If using panel mounting, remove the DIN clip from the heater if necessary. Refer to the reverse side of this sheet for DIN clip details if needed.
- Attach Panel Mounting Clips
Slide the panel mounting clips onto the heater. If applicable, ensure the clips are mounted in diagonal corners.
- Drill Mounting Holes
Locate and drill two 0.140 inch diameter (#28 drill) holes in the panel where the heater will be mounted. These holes should correspond to the holes in the panel mounting clips.
- Mount Heater to Panel
Install screws through the holes in the panel mounting clips and the panel. Tighten the screws to 15 in-lbs.
- Mount Heater to DIN Rail
If using the DIN rail method, snap the heater onto the DIN rail using the integrated DIN rail clip. Ensure the heater is securely attached.
