How to Install the HLTSTAT10C Thermostat
This guide provides step-by-step instructions for installing and configuring the HLTSTAT10C thermostat for electric heaters.

Mounting screws, Terminal connectors
- Mount the thermostat
Secure the thermostat to the face of the heater using the slotted mounting rails. Loosen the mounting bolt slightly, insert it into the rail, and tighten without overtightening.
- Connect the wiring
Connect the thermostat's wiring to the customer-supplied junction box according to the wiring diagram. Ensure the connections are secure and observe the permissible bending radius of the cable.
- Perform initial operation checks
Conduct a visual inspection to ensure all installation conditions are met and perform an insulation test. Once verified, switch on the thermostat.
