T25 Torx bit, 15mm socket wrench

Supplies needed:

4 Counter-sunk Torx screws, 2 M10 Hex head screws, 2 Equipment Rail Mount Nuts

  1. Prepare the mounting brackets

    Install 4 Equipment Rail Mounting Brackets to the Equipment Rails using 3 Counter-sunk Torx screws per bracket. Ensure that the counter-sinks of the brackets are oriented to match the heads of the screws.

  2. Position the Equipment Rails

    Locate the desired position for the Equipment Rails within the cabinet. Insert 2 Equipment Rail Mount Nuts through the slots of the Front-to-Back Beam at both the top and bottom locations.

  3. Secure the Equipment Rails

    Fasten 2 M10 Hex Screws to the Equipment Rail Mount Nuts at the top and bottom of the Equipment Rail. Tighten each M10 Hex Head Screw to a torque of 30.0 +/- 5.0 N-m (22.1 +/- 3.7 Ft-lbs).
