How to Install the S72SHDB Single Hinge Door

Tools needed:
8mm socket wrench, T30 Torx bit, T25 Torx bit, 2.5mm Allen Key
Supplies needed:
M4 Flat Head Screws, M6 Torx Screw, M5 or M6 Round Head Screws, Hex Nuts
- Install Top Hinge Bracket
Install the Top Hinge Bracket on the cabinet frame. Remove and re-install the top hinge screw if necessary. Use two M4 Flat Head Screws and a 2.5mm Allen Key.
- Install Door Catch
Install the Door Catch on the cabinet frame using an M6 Torx Screw and a T30 Torx bit. If the M6 screw does not hold the Door Catch tight against the frame, use the provided M6 screws. Newer cabinet frames are designed to accept M6 screws.
- Install Bottom Hinge Bracket and Pin
Install the Bottom Hinge Bracket and Hinge Pin on the cabinet frame using two M5 or M6 Round Head Screws and a T25 Torx Bit.
- Mount the Single Hinge Door
Lift the bottom of the door onto the Bottom Hinge Pin. Pull down the Compression Sleeve at the top door hinge. Push the Single Hinge Door towards the cabinet so that the Top Hinge Screw fits through the cutout of the door. Release the Compression Sleeve.
- Reverse Door Handle Direction
Lay the door on a flat surface. Remove the Door Handle Backing Plate and rotate the Door Handle 180 degrees. Loosen the Cam Screw to reposition the Door Cam and Cam Stop to the outside of the door, then tighten the Cam Screw. Secure the Door Handle Backing Plate to the Door Handle. Remove the PANDUIT label and re-attach it in the correct orientation near the top of the door. Reinstall the Single Hinge Door.
