Phillips screwdriver, Flatblade screwdriver, 15mm socket wrench, 6mm Allen key, T25 Torx bit
Supplies needed:
Mounting screws, Shipping hold down brackets, Grounding lugs, M10 bolts
- Remove packaging material
Remove all stretch wrap and protective cardboard from the cabinet. Use two people to carefully lift and remove the cabinet from the pallet.
- Level the cabinet
Ensure that all four leveling legs are fully retracted. Slide the cabinet into its final position and lower the leveling legs using a 6mm Allen key until the cabinet is fully supported. Adjust the legs to ensure the cabinet is level both front-to-back and side-to-side.
- Secure the cabinet to the floor
If necessary, secure the shipping hold down brackets at the front and rear of the cabinet. Attach anchors to the floor using appropriate hardware for your floor type, ensuring the cabinet is stable.
- Ground the cabinet
Attach a grounding lug or grounding bar at any of the designated locations on the cabinet using an M5 bonding screw.
- Install equipment rails
Loosen the M10 hex head screws at the top and bottom of the equipment rail, adjust the rail to the desired position, and then tighten the screws to secure it.
