The welded 12-gauge steel frame supports a static load rating of 2500 lb (1134 kg) when uniformly distributed across the two sets of infinitely adjustable 19-inch rack angles, which feature EIA 310-D tapped 10-32 holes for secure mounting. The open-bottom design includes integral bolt-down brackets for permanent installation, while the included casters provide mobility during deployment. A large top gland plate facilitates clean cable routing for pre-terminated cables and patch panels, and the cabinet ships with twenty 10-32 screws for assembly. The enclosure is constructed from 16 or 14-gauge steel with a pretreated steel substrate coated in RAL 9005 black textured, low-gloss polyester powder paint for corrosion resistance. Additional finishes are available upon request. This cabinet meets UL 2416 standards and is ideal for small computer rooms, schools, or network installations requiring a cost-effective, flexible housing solution.
