Supplies needed:
Mounting screws, M10 Hex Head Screws, M5 Torx Screws, Grounding Lug or Grounding Bar, Foam Seals, D-shaped Rubber Seal
- Remove Packaging Material
Inspect the cabinet for damage and remove all stretch wrap and protective cardboard. Remove the shipping brackets and hold down brackets using the appropriate tools.
- Level the Cabinet
Ensure that the leveling legs are fully retracted. Slide the cabinet into its final position and lower the leveling legs using a 6mm Allen key until the cabinet is fully supported. Adjust the legs to ensure the cabinet is level both front-to-back and side-to-side.
- Secure the Cabinet to the Floor
If necessary, secure the shipping hold down brackets at the front and rear of the cabinet. Use appropriate hardware to attach anchors to the floor based on your floor type.
- Ground the Cabinet
Attach a grounding lug or grounding bar at any of the designated locations using an M5 bonding screw to ensure proper grounding of the cabinet.
- Install Equipment Rails
Loosen the M10 hex head screws at the top and bottom of the equipment rail, adjust the rail to the desired position, and then tighten the screws to secure it in place.
- Install Cable Management Features
Insert the tabs of the cable management fingers into the mounting slots of the equipment rails and slide them inward to lock them into place.
- Seal and Finish Installation
Install any necessary seals and blanking panels to ensure proper airflow and prevent dust ingress. Attach any additional components as required.
