M6 Thread Forming Screws, 1/4-20 Bolts, Grounding Washers, Flat Washers, Lock Washers, M6 Cage Nuts

  1. Clean mating surfaces

    Use the provided cleaning pad to thoroughly clean all mating surfaces before installation.

  2. Apply anti-oxidizing paste

    Apply a very thin layer of the provided anti-oxidizing paste to all mating surfaces to ensure a good electrical connection.

  3. Install the grounding busbar

    Secure the grounding busbar using M6 Thread Forming Screws, fastening them with a 7mm socket wrench to an installation torque of 35 in-lbs.

  4. Attach the bonding jumper

    Use 1/4-20 Bolts to attach the cabinet frame bonding jumper, tightening with a 7/16" socket wrench to an installation torque of 7 ft-lbs.

  5. Verify connections
