3mm Allen Wrench, 5mm Allen Wrench, 15mm Wrench, Flat Head Screwdriver
Supplies needed:
M5 flat head screws, M10 Serrated Flange Bolts, M10 Serrated Flange Nuts, M6 x 16 Serrated hex head bolts, M6 x 8mm screws
- Install Door Supports
Slide the Door Support assembly vertically into place in the cable manager, ensuring the 40/60 open areas match. Secure the supports using M5 flat head screws with a 3mm Allen wrench at the top and bottom of the manager frame.
- Mount the Vertical Manager to the Rack
Align the vertical cable manager with the rack and use M10 Serrated Flange Bolts and Nuts to secure it at three locations: the forward holes on the top and bottom, and the rear hole in the center.
- Install the Fingers
Using a flat head screwdriver, gently pry up the plastic latches in four places while applying forward pressure to the finger section. Push the finger section into the manager until you hear an audible 'click'.
- Install the Doors
Align the door hinge pins with the slots on the door supports and push the doors closed until they are securely in place.
- Verify Installation
Check that all components are securely mounted and that the doors open and close properly. Ensure that the vertical manager is stable and aligned correctly.
