3mm Allen Wrench, 5mm Allen Wrench, 15mm Wrench, Flat Head Screwdriver
Supplies needed:
M10 Serrated Flange Bolts, M10 Serrated Flange Nuts, M5 Flat Head Screws
- Install Door Supports
Slide the Door Support assembly vertically into the cable manager, ensuring the 40/60 open areas match. Secure in place using M5 flat head screws with a 3mm hex allen wrench at the top and bottom.
- Mount the Vertical Cable Manager
Align the vertical cable manager with the rack and secure it using three M10 Serrated Flange Bolts and Nuts. Use the forward holes on the top and bottom and the rear hole in the center.
- Install the Fingers
Using a flat head screwdriver, gently pry up the plastic latches in four places while applying forward pressure to the finger section. Push the finger section into the manager until you hear an audible 'click'.
- Install the Doors
Align the door hinge pins with the slots on the door supports and push closed. Ensure the door knobs are in the locked position.
- Verify Installation
Check that all components are securely fastened and that the vertical cable manager is stable. Ensure doors open and close properly.
