- Mount the PDU
Align and install the mounting buttons with the screw holes on the sides of the PDU. Insert the mounting buttons into the keyhole slots on the PDU mounting bracket in the rack to secure the PDU.
- Connect the Ground Bonding Cable
Attach the ground bonding cable to the external ground bonding point located on the chassis of the PDU. Ensure that the other end is securely connected to a grounding strip or bus bar.
- Connect the PDU to Power Source
Turn off the feed circuit breaker. Connect the PDU to an appropriately rated branch circuit, ensuring all circuit breakers on the PDU are set to On. Finally, turn the feed circuit breaker back on.
