#12-24 screws, #12 star washers, #10-32 nuts, Foam seal
- Install Upper and Lower Brackets
Measure the distance between the front and rear rails of the cabinet. Loosen the nuts on the adjustment bracket and adjust to fit the rail spacing. Install the Upper Left Hand Bracket and Lower Left Hand Bracket using four #12-24 screws and four #12 star washers each, leaving screws loose until the inlet box is installed.
- Attach Side Duct
Install the Side Duct using four #10-32 nuts. After installation, loosen the nuts and slide the plate forward to cover the opening, then tighten the nuts to secure it in place.
- Install Seal Plates
Slide the studs on the top seal plate into the holes in the side duct and secure it with two #10-32 nuts. Repeat the process for the bottom seal plate.
- Install Duct Boxes
Install the Upper Duct Box by sliding it into the mounting rails and securing it with two #10-32 nuts. Repeat for the Lower Duct Box. Ensure all bracket screws are tightened.
- Install Foam Seal
If needed, install a piece of foam seal into the opening between the switch and the bottom left bracket to ensure proper sealing.
