Supplies needed:
M5x0.8 x 10mm Pan Head Torx Screws (Qty: 5), M6x1.0 x 15mm Pan-Head Phillips Machine Screws (Qty: 4), Male Door Hinges (Qty: 2), Door Catches (Qty: 2), 12AWG Male Ground Whip (Qty: 1), M6 Star Washer (Qty: 1)
- Install Male Door Hinges
Attach the two Male Door Hinges to the side of the cabinet where the door will open, using M6x1.0 x 15mm Pan-Head Phillips Machine Screws. Ensure the top hinge is aligned first as it has longer pins.
- Install Door Catches
Secure the two Door Catches to the opposite side of the cabinet using M5x0.8 x 10mm Pan Head Torx Screws. Ensure they are positioned correctly for proper door closure.
- Connect Grounding
Attach the provided Male Ground Whip to the front of the cabinet. After installing the front door, connect the Male Whip from the cabinet to the Female Whip on the front door to ensure proper grounding.
- Mount the Front Door
Position the front door approximately 90° to the cabinet frame and place the female hinges onto the male hinges on the cabinet frame. Ensure a secure fit.
