Supplies needed:
M5x0.8 x 10mm Pan Head Torx Screws (Qty: 2), M6x1.0 x 15mm Pan-Head Phillips Machine Screws (Qty: 8), 12AWG Male Ground Whips (Qty: 2), M6 Star Washers (Qty: 2)
- Install Male Door Hinges
Secure (4) Male Door Hinges to each side of the cabinet using (2) M6x1.0 x 15mm Pan-Head Phillips Machine Screws per hinge. Ensure the top hinge pins are aligned correctly as they are longer than the bottom pins.
- Install Door Catches
Attach (2) Door Catches to the cabinet, one at the top and one at the bottom, using (2) M5x0.8 x 10mm Phillips Head Screws for each catch.
- Connect Grounding Whips
Attach the provided Male Ground Whips to the rear of the cabinet. After installing the rear split doors, connect the Male Whips from the cabinet to the Female Whips on the rear split doors.
- Mount Rear Split Doors
Position the rear split doors approximately 90° to the cabinet frame. Align the female hinges of the doors onto the male hinges on the cabinet frame and secure them.
