M5x0.8 x 10mm Pan Head Torx Screws (Qty: 2), 12AWG Male Ground Whips (Qty: 2), M6x1.0 x 15mm Pan-Head Phillips Machine Screws (Qty: 8), M6 Star Washers (Qty: 2)
- Install Male Door Hinges
Attach two Male Door Hinges on each side of the cabinet using M6x1.0 x 15mm Pan-Head Phillips Machine Screws. Ensure the top hinge pins are aligned correctly as they are longer than the bottom pins.
- Install Door Catches
Secure two Door Catches to the cabinet, one at the top and one at the bottom, using M5x0.8 x 10mm Phillips Head Screws. Verify that the catches are positioned correctly for proper door operation.
- Connect Grounding Whips
Attach the provided Male Ground Whips to the rear of the cabinet. After installing the Rear Split Doors, connect the Male Whips from the cabinet to the Female Whips on the Rear Split Doors to ensure proper grounding.
