7mm Socket Wrench, 8mm Socket Wrench, Scissors, Hack saw

Supplies needed:

M5x0.8 x 10mm Hex Head Screws, End of Row Cross Beams, Panels, Slider Plate Assembly

  1. Install the End of Row Beam

    Secure the End of Row Beam onto one end of the Pod using M5x0.8 x 10mm Hex Head Screws. Ensure it is firmly attached as this will be the starting point for the ceiling grid installation.

  2. Install Progression Plates

    Attach the Progression Plates onto the shelf, ensuring they are butted up against the End of Row Beam. Tighten the screws to secure them in place.

  3. Install Aisle Beams and Cross Beams

    Position the Aisle Beams and Cross Beams by butting them up against the Progression Plates. Ensure the Cross Beams nest into the Aisle Beam pockets and secure them with M5x0.8 x 10mm Hex Head Screws.

    Push down the Panels from the top of the Pod, ensuring they snap below the Aisle Beam flanges. Center the Panels in the grid openings and verify that the corrugated features run perpendicular to the Aisle Beams.

    Attach the Adjustable End of Row Beam to the opposite end of the Pod using M5x0.8 x 10mm Hex Head Screws. Ensure it is securely fastened.
