7mm Socket Wrench, 8mm Socket Wrench, Scissors, Hack saw
Supplies needed:
M5x0.8 x 10mm Hex Head Screws, Hex Nuts, Panels, Progression Plates, Aisle Beams, Cross Beams
- Install the End of Row Beam
Secure the End of Row Beam onto one end of the Pod using M5x0.8 x 10mm Hex Head Screws. Ensure it is firmly attached.
- Install Progression Plates
Attach the Progression Plates onto the shelf, ensuring they butt up against the End of Row Beam. Tighten down using M5x0.8 x 10mm Hex Head Screws.
- Install Aisle Beams and Cross Beams
Install each Aisle Beam along with two Cross Beams, ensuring the Cross Beams nest into the pockets of the Aisle Beams. Tighten using M5x0.8 x 10mm Hex Head Screws.
- Install Remaining Components
Continue to install the remaining Progression Plates, Aisle Beams, and Cross Beams, ensuring they butt up against each other. Leave the last space open for final adjustments.
- Install the Panels
Push down the Panels from the top of the Pod, ensuring they snap below the Aisle Beam flanges. Center the Panels in the grid openings.
- Install the Adjustable End of Row Beam
Secure the Adjustable End of Row Beam onto the opposite end of the Pod using M5x0.8 x 10mm Hex Head Screws.
- Final Adjustments for Last Panels
For the last opening, install the Slider Plate Assembly with End of Row Cross Beams using either full or cut Panels based on the measurement. Tighten using M5x0.8 x 10mm Hex Head Screws.
