7mm Socket Wrench, Scissors
Supplies needed:
M5x0.8 x 10mm Hex Head Screws, Slider Plate Assembly, Progression Plates, Aisle Beams, Panels
- Install the End of Row Beam
Secure the End of Row Beam onto one end of the Pod using M5x0.8 x 10mm Hex Head Screws. Ensure it is firmly attached.
- Install the Progression Plates
Position the Progression Plates onto the shelf, butting them against the End of Row Beam. Tighten down using M5x0.8 x 10mm Hex Head Screws.
- Install the Aisle Beams
Attach each Aisle Beam by butting it up against the Progression Plates. Secure with M5x0.8 x 10mm Hex Head Screws.
- Install the Panels
Push down the Panels from the top of the Pod, ensuring they snap below the Aisle Beam flanges. Center the Panels in the grid openings.
- Install the Adjustable End of Row Beam
Attach the Adjustable End of Row Beam onto the opposite end of the Pod using M5x0.8 x 10mm Hex Head Screws.
- Install the Slider Plate Assembly
For the last opening, install the Slider Plate Assembly using either a full or cut Panel, depending on the measurement. Tighten the screws to secure.
