How to Install the AR4PCACTC Rack Extension Top and Accessories
This guide provides step-by-step instructions for installing the AR4PCACTC rack extension top, its prerequisite cable manager covers, and optional blanking plugs for a complete cold aisle containment setup.

Supplies needed:
M5x0.8 x 12mm Thread forming screws, M5x0.8 x 5mm machine screws, PR2V**CACFSTC** brush entry cable manager cover, AR4PCACTC** rack extension top, PR2VBPK Hole Blanking Plugs
- Install Brush Entry Cable Manager Covers
Place the PR2V**CACFSTC** brush entry cover assembly over the top opening of the cable manager. Align the cover assembly mount slots with the extruded holes on the front to back cable manager door hinge channels (two holes per side). Install the four M5x0.8 x 12mm thread forming screws into the extruded holes using a drill/driver with a T25 Torx drive bit. If using a Front & Back Cable Manager, orient it so the larger side faces forward, and use only one M5 screw per side to attach the brush entry cover.
- Install Rack Extension Top
Position the AR4PCACTC** rack extension top in front of the top area of the AR4P rack, between the two PR2V**CACFSTC** covers previously installed. Ensure the short flange on the rack extension cover is oriented over the cable manager door. Align the rack extension cover mount slots with the tapped holes on the top of the vertical manager covers (two holes per side). Install the four M5x0.8 x 5mm machine screws into the tapped holes using a drill/driver with a T25 Torx drive bit.
- Install Hole Blanking Plugs
For any remaining pass-through holes, align the PR2VBPK blanking plugs over them. Press the blanking plugs firmly into place until they are fully seated. These plugs are intended for cable management fingers.
